The qualifications
National Certificate in Financial Services [Level 4]
The National Certificate in Financial Services [Level 4] was registered on the National Qualifications Framework in August 2008.
It provides a nationally recognised qualification for people working, or seeking work in the financial services industry in roles that may include:
- Customer Services Representative
- Financial adviser of Category 2 products
- Technical adviser, or
- Support person working with a qualified financial adviser
To gain this qualification, candidates must demonstrate competence in both generic and professional skills which are covered by compulsory and elective standards.
