The Tertiary Education Commission [TEC] requires tertiary education organisations to which it provides funding to submit an Investment Plan that provides a range of key information about the organisation's activities.

These include how the organisation will achieve the government priorities set out in the Tertiary Education Strategy, the organisation's programmes and activities, and its outcomes, including performance indicators.

TEC requires organisations to publish a summary of its Investment Plan.
