Industry Training [Commercial]

ETITO's Industry Training [Commercial] team is the link between ETITO and employers in the Ambulance, Contact Centre, Offender Management, and Security industries.  People in this team work with employers to embed national qualifications training within their workplaces - this may mean they're helping adapt existing training programmes to incorporate national qualifications, or developing a new training programme altogether.  Commercial plays a key role in enabling businesses to gain access to government funding to subsidise the cost of training, as well as train their staff to the national standard.

People in the Commercial team work closely with the Operations team, who provide administrative and systems support; and also with the Standards and Qualification Systems team who lead the development and review of qualifications, quality control, and moderation of assessment.

To work in Commercial you'll need an understanding of industry training and a passion to see people gain new skills and develop their talents.  You'll also need to strategise effectively while demonstrating strong relationship management and account planning skills. Customer service and communication skills are essential.
