LET'S TALK STATS

It's great to see winter hasn't meant a hibernation in enthusiasm for training.

We've got just over 800 trainees working towards contact centre and business administration qualifications and already this year 267 have achieved a qualification.

 Congratulations to all who have achieved a qualification and to the important role of the many who support them in their efforts.

 Here’s a snapshot below of the qualifications achieved so far this year in contact centres around New Zealand.
