Telecommunication sector research

Telecommunication sector research was conducted in 2005. To advance the recommendations that came out of this research a research group was established. 

There was a great deal of effort put into ensuring that the composition of this research group included, where possible, large and small companies, urban and rural companies, North Island and South Island, both genders, Maori and Pasifika members, any advisory group representation, users and non-users of ETITO's current qualifications or service delivery systems, and training providers.
