Electrical Wholesaling

How to get started

It’s up to you, the employer, to get your trainee started on the National Certificate in Electrical Equipment [Level 2]. Here’s how to go about it:

One - Select your workplace assessor and arrange with your company managers for them to attend an ETITO assessor training session

Two - Select your trainee/s. Click here to find out what to look for.

Three - Contact your ETITO training manager and request a Training Agreement for each trainee

Four - Complete the Training Agreement/s, ensuring they are signed by both the employer and trainee, and send to your company managers who will approve and send to ETITO

Five- Your trainee/s will then be sent a learning and assessment workbook. This will include information about how their training takes place and the first five unit standards. Once these have been completed they will be supplied with the additional learning and assessment material

Six - Once a trainee feels they are competent in the skills and knowledge outlined in the unit standards they must have their competence assessed by a workplace assessor.
