Who is the National Certificate in Financial Services [Level 4] designed for?
The National Certificate in Financial Services [Level 4] was registered on the national qualifications framework in August 2008 and is the first qualification for the Financial Services industry. This qualification is designed for financial services professionals engaged in a customer advice, product advice or technical or support role, such as senior customer service representatives working with a qualified financial adviser.
