Auckland District Health Board

Another customer service centre celebrating the achievements of their employees is the Auckland District Health Board. Customer service representatives Ngaire Garnett, Beena Nair, Mawadda Toyer and Valerie Pese have all recently completed the National Certificate in Contact Centre Operations [Level 3]. Well done!

 

 

Also celebrating is Ngaire Ngametua Goodwin-Bird who recently completed the National Certificate in Contact Centre Management [Team Leader] [Level 4] and the National Certificate in First Line Management [Level 4]. 

Ngaire's certificate were presented by her proud ETITO Learning and Assessment Consultant, Lisa Abernethy.
